Loosing a job is not a new thing if you are in some sort of private job. You can say that you have worked hard. But it might still be that you cannot finish the target which you would have been given and lose the job. However the job loses effects only those who do not do job properly. If you do the job properly then you will never find it difficult to change the job if required.

There are many points which you should follow so that you don’t suffer from any set back in future. They are as follows:

1. Choose your field cautiously
You should know that field selection is very important once you complete your studies. If you are an IT engineer, you can really not go for the chemical engineering jobs because you will never find it comfortable. I should also add that your hard work will be wasted because ultimately you have to go in the field in which you are specialized. Hence you should go for those jobs which are from your specialized fields. Otherwise you will find yourself in trouble in the coming future. I will give you one more example. Suppose you are from technology. Suppose you do go in marketing field. If you loose the job in future then you will really be in great trouble because you are not from marketing field.

2. Do the work properly
If you always do the job properly then you will always find yourself updated. You will really be able to learn new ideologies which will make you ready for anything. Suppose you some how lose the job. But I assure you that if you have done your work properly then you will get another job the very next day, you have lost the job.

3. Update your resume on the job sites
You should constantly update your resume on the job sites because all the recruiters are in constant search for the people like you. You should make all the possible amendments which are required to let all recruiters know about your latest position.

4. Appear in regular examinations
You should make sure that you constantly appear in various competitive exams of the company so that you keep your chance open for the promotion. I must tell you that even if you are no promoted, by giving exams regularly you will be able to repair your brain. Actually some sort of mental exercise is required as the time progresses. Appearing in examinations is the best way to do that.

I must tell you that if you keep the above points in mind then you will never have complaints like that you are not getting job.
