Criticism is really something which you should really keep in mind. You will be criticized by the employees or by the boss. But you will have to keep patience. You cannot really afford to loose your temper which can be very bad for you. However I do feel that this is not an easy task. Not all can really tolerate the criticism. Most of us do feel a pinch when we are criticized. However when you are being criticized then you will definitely have to make sure that you do not loose your temper when you are being criticized.

I would list some of the facts which I do feel will prove out to be really great for you. The facts are as follows:

1. I do feel that the feedback sessions should be taken in private. The person who is going to be criticized should not be in stress. In fact you should make sure that you do not criticize somebody when he is in lots of stress. People also do find it really bad when they are being criticized in public. Hence you should make sure that you do not criticize somebody in public.
2. The next point which you must make sure is that you should really be calm whatever might be the reason. The calmer you will stay the better feedback session you will be able to conduct. It is a general behavior that we do not love being scolded. If you really want to feel safe then I se only one way and that is to stay calm.
3. The next thing which you should make sure is that you should really make sure that you send out the clear message. If you will not send the clear message then I do feel that it might create a chaos and you will be in trouble. If you do not really want to feel in trouble then you will definitely have to make sure that you send all a clear cut message so that they are able to understand what you really want to say.
4. One more thing which you will have to make sure is that you will have to have the genuine reasons behind criticism. If this will not be the case then you will definitely be in lots of trouble. I do feel that if the person whom you are criticizing somehow proves you wrong then your credibility will be in danger.
5. The last but not the least thing which you should make sure is that you should not be repetitive. Because I you will be repetitive then it will be a headache for all.
