Career Analysis

The career change is one of the decisions which almost all of the people have to take now or then in their life. Most of them really feel that career change is very dangerous activities for all the people. Some of the people have no problem in changing their career while most of them do feel that they are really loosing something related while undergoing the career change. One of my friends Mac who studied with me up till high school met after fifteen years. I asked him that what he was doing.

He replied that he completed his graduation in life science and was doing the job but soon he realized that there are better opportunities in technology. Therefore he decided to join oracle and this was a big change.

I met him after fifteen years and I myself was in the field of technology. When I heard that he is going to come in the field of technology I was quiet astonished but he ask me to recall his nature sine childhood. I soon realized that he was a hard hearted person and I must say that he I soon was able to accept that he will successfully go through the career change.

But the question arises that how should we make the career change and when should we say no to the career change. I am listing below some of the conditions and also suggesting what you should do in those cases.

The points are as below:

1. The first condition which I would definitely like to discuss is that when you do not have any job. I must say that this is a very sad situation and I must say that most of the people are quiet eager to change the career. But I must tell you that you should have some points in your mind. You will have to make sure that you have the enough education related to the career in which you are going. You will also have to make sure that you are comfortable with the new career.
2. The second point which I would like to add and discuss is about the situation when you are getting the higher salary. This might lure you to change your career suddenly. But you will have to keep some points in your mind. You will have to analyze your chances in current job. It might be that you would be on the verge of promotion and also the salary hike. Hence you will have to think twice before making the career change.

These are some of the conditions as well as the tips how you should make your career change. This will also help you in deciding whether you really need career change or not.
