Business is not really an easy thing. I must say that it is quiet necessary to know about the business ethics and values. It is really important in all cases that you are able to decide that what is good for your company and what is bad. Those which are good for our business can be termed as ethical and those which are really not good for our business can be termed as non ethical. There are really so many things which you will have to see as far as the business ethics are concerned.

Really the rules and regulation of the company is really the most important. Just think, what would happen, if the company employees fail to follow the rules and regulation of the company? I really feel that either the company will be closed or the employee who is misbehaving will be thrown out of the company.

I would really like to tell you some of the ethics which I really feel that you will have to follow if you sometimes in the future start your own business.

The ethics are as follows:

1. Productivity is much more important than the profitability.
Productivity is more important than profitability. Suppose I am given two samples of a raw material. The first one is costlier and the second one is cheaper. Which one will I prefer? This is really a tricky question. But I must tell you that I would definitely go for that product which will have better quality. And you too know that on most of the cases the product which is costly is better. Hence in this way I am able to increase my productivity and with better productivity I really feel that I would get better sales as well.

2. The customer is not a sheep that can be sheared
I really feel that the customer is not a sheep. He has got a brain with which he/she can feel whether what is correct and what is wrong for them. You cannot hence make them fool. You will have to win their heart if you want to sell your product at good price to them.

3. The buyers domain is more important than the middleman domain
I really feel that most of the companies really keep in mind that it is quiet important to catch the eyes of the distributer. In any case the distributer is the person who is responsible for selling the product to the consumers. However all these things are good up till the time you keep the consumer in the middle?

I really feel that business ethics is really important for anybody who is going to start his business.
